Normally the experience is fine but this last time I was charged for something that was supposed to have been covered with a warranty and service took two hours for an oil change, tire balance and rotate ev charged for something that was supposed to have been covered with a warranty and service took two hours for an oil change, tire balance and rotate even having made an appointment. Service normally takes extra long here but not that long. More
