Great buying experience We came in to purchase a new Toyota Highlander because the lease was up on our Nissan. We told Glen exactly what we wanted and never once were we push We came in to purchase a new Toyota Highlander because the lease was up on our Nissan. We told Glen exactly what we wanted and never once were we pushed or pursuaded to try and go a different way. Glen actually got us in a higher model Highlander than what we originally looked at online and the payment remained in our price range. Glenn then searched and located the vehicle the wife "really" wanted quickly. We were able to pick up are new Highlander just a few days past Christmas. Glenn answered every one of our questions and concerns immediately and gave us some great ideas we didn't think about prior to the purchase. This is my third time working with Glenn and Toyota of Louisville and it was a total pleasure for not only myself... but more importantly the wife! More
