So here's the deal. My daughter and I went all over Ohio looking for the perfect SUV. And I mean all over! Last minute one evening, we went to Klaben. We showed up 30 mi My daughter and I went all over Ohio looking for the perfect SUV. And I mean all over! Last minute one evening, we went to Klaben. We showed up 30 minutes before they closed. Gragg (yes I spelled that correct, it's pronounced Greg) was waiting for us with the door open and the most friendly greeting of ANY of the other car dealerships! We felt right at home with him the entire time. We went back 2 other times to test drive the SUV and Gragg was right there ready and willing to answer any of our questions. I will be telling everyone about Gragg at Klaben and the stellar experience we received from start to finish. We live over an hour away and Gragg was a National Treasure and dropped the car off to us!
