I was at the car show looking at a few different models and The Hyundia sales people where very helpful there. I started looking on line at prices and decide to visit Family Hyundai in Tinley park I met Jaclyn Bobbit she was very helpful and curtious she was not a push overwelli g sales person we test dro e th Santa Fe Ultimate. I very surpused by all the room and quality also all the options included. I went home was really looking at pricing and warranties. Jaclyn was in contact with me and was willing to answer any questions I had. Came back again to the Dealership we narrowed it down to what I wanted and for my budget. The funny thing I ended up getting a different color I went in for. Also Mr Waltson was very helpful as well as a few others that I got to meet in my experience at Family Hyundai. I can't say more then enough about the dealership in super friendly not over bearing and made me feel very comfortable in my purchase I couldn't be Happier. I highly recommend them and please go she Jaclyn she's a great sales lady with the customer first . Thank you Karen More

Horrible customer service once the papers are signed I purchased a vehicle here on a Saturday, with the promise they would call Monday to paint a scratch on the car. Drove 2.5 hours home on less than 1/ I purchased a vehicle here on a Saturday, with the promise they would call Monday to paint a scratch on the car. Drove 2.5 hours home on less than 1/4 tank of gas to find out that the fuel door was broken. Called on Monday and they had an "oh well" attitude. It took several calls and a month to get a call back from the salesman for an appointment for the scratch, who tried to play it off like I didn't call him back when he never once called me. He told me I could bring the car in Tuesday for paint. I called 5 times that day and finally got a manager late afternoon, only to find out they don't have paint staff except on mondays and didn't know why my car was there. Absolutely horrible customer service and cannot seem to pick up the phone to return a call until the customer is angry. More
