I had a very disappointing experience with the service advisor, Greg Andre. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Greg consistently appeared disengaged—often on the pho advisor, Greg Andre. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Greg consistently appeared disengaged—often on the phone or in private conversations—and did not make an effort to greet or acknowledge customers. Communication was a major issue throughout the process. There was little to no explanation provided regarding what was diagnosed or repaired on my vehicle, yet charges were presented without proper context or transparency. It also seemed there was a lack of coordination between Greg and the technician, as he was unable to clearly explain what work had been performed. This created confusion and reduced confidence in the service provided. Overall, the experience reflected a significant lack of customer service skills and professionalism. Clear communication, transparency, and basic customer engagement are essential in this role, and unfortunately, those expectations were not met. More

Dealership is laid out with its service center attached and a body shop on the property. My experience got off to a bad start because I made an appointment but it was only AFTER I dropped off the car at the scheduled time and was sitting in the waiting room for 30min that I was informed that appointment but it was only AFTER I dropped off the car at the scheduled time and was sitting in the waiting room for 30min that I was informed that they could not look at the car for 2-3 days. This seems to ignore the whole point of making an appointment and made me feel like maybe since it was my first time at this dealer that the other customers were far more important. It doesn't seem like it would have been too hard to inform me about this when my appointment was confirmed so I could have planned accordingly. Once they got to my car I was satisfied with the work done though I didn't get the car back until the end of the week. They also recommended a new battery and I think $500 to replace a battery is pretty wild even for a dealership. Greg was very nice but a bit hard to get in touch with the first few days when I was trying to understand how long my car had to be left there waiting to be looked at. More
