They tried to tell us that the 1200 was for everything when they previously offered to cover insurance separately. The errors made during the transaction which lasted 6 weeks were 80% theirs and 20% their own financing partner. Clearly no communication between management and sales. No one took ownership of our transaction and left it in limbo while they went out on pto. We will never be back to this dealership again. More
