I have been working with Greg Hoag for almost 20 years now and he has ALWAYS taken the best care of me! He was out of town and had Scott Stream prepped in the case I came by, it was so beyond appreciated now and he has ALWAYS taken the best care of me! He was out of town and had Scott Stream prepped in the case I came by, it was so beyond appreciated to come in and work with someone new who already knew my background :) I moved to Louisiana two years ago and made the drive up to Lincoln because no one can touch the level of customer service I have always received. Scott fell right in line with what I'm used to and did not let me down, he was fantastic! Chad Erwin must be mentioned as well because that guy has always been so helpful to me as well, super friendly and understanding. That dude is freaking awesome! Everyone I've ever worked with over the years in all departments have given me the most excellent level of customer service I have ever received anywhere consistently, I will continue to drive 12 hours to work with them in the future. I am a Honda of Lincoln customer for life!!!!!! More

If I could give six stars, I would. We traded our older Pilot for a new one and had a tremendous experience with Greg Hoag. Though this was our first purchase with Greg (as we live out of state), he's sold Pilot for a new one and had a tremendous experience with Greg Hoag. Though this was our first purchase with Greg (as we live out of state), he's sold several Hondas to family members so we anticipated it would be a good experience. He was patient, knowledgeable, fair, and kind from the negotiation process through explaining the features of our new Pilot. Highly recommend! I'd also highly recommend the Finance Director, Chad Erwin. He made what is often the least pleasant part of the purchase actually enjoyable.
