Greg was a total disaster. Sat on our extended warranty claim until we called him for an update. He said we should call Assurant and we did. They stated he had not called them and did not provide any photos or videos of the issue and he requested an inspector. He did not call Assurant back when the inspector failed to appear and left us without a car for almost 2 weeks. He would not get us a loaner car and expected us to rent a car. The worst experience we have ever had with BMW. We will be selling our car and advising others to stay away from these maintenance horror stories. More
