While we were in the lot looking at the car we were approached by a young salesman who asked us if we needed help. David Backus was very polite and knowledgeable, he answered all our question. We were never pressured to buy, we took a test drive talked price then went home to think about it. Not once did anyone try to pressure us to buy. The next day we called David and told him we wanted to come back and talk about our trade and to negotiate a fair price for the car. It took about 20 minutes to work out a deal. No pressure and a fair deal. We met with Greg Russell the finance manager, he was great, He was knowledge and friendly. Greg got us a great rate and explained thing very clearly. Best car buying experience by far!!!! I went to Colonial Ford to look at this vehicle in person just to see if I liked the color. I drove off the lot the next day with it. Best Car Buying Experience by FAR! Colonial Ford is by far the best dealership i have ever bought a vehicle from. I had just totaled my car hours before stepping foot in the dealership. Colonial Ford is by far the best dealership i have ever bought a vehicle from. I had just totaled my car hours before stepping foot in the dealership. I looked online at their inventory and saw a vehicle in my price range and it was exactly what i needed for my family. I was helped by Allan Palmer. I told him what i found online and i was quickly on the road for my test drive. Car drove great. Came back, talked numbers and they told me what they could do for me without checking my credit. I agreed to the numbers they came back with and within just a few hours i was signing all of the paperwork. I left with my wife to grab a bite to eat and while we were out the vehicle was registered and had an inspection sticker. From the time i stepped foot in there till i was able to drive away in my new car was a total of 5 hours. Incredible. I couldn’t believe how fast it all went. Every other car I’ve bought has taken DAYS to get the car. I will ALWAYS recommend Allan and Colonial Ford as my go to dealership. More

They have the best, and probably largest, selection of Super Duty trucks, as well as acres of passenger cars, SUVs, Transit vans, and Commercial trucks and Cutaways. Even when they did not have the model with the exact options I needed - a rarely offered combination I was looking for - on the lot, they brought one in from a dealership 100 miles away without question. My salesman Allan was enthusiast to help me find the right truck without making me feel pressured, and kept me informed of the progress along the way. The whole team worked hard to get me the best deal and financing for my situation, and made sure it was a smooth and stress-free experience. I'm recommending Colonial to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
