Got a new car The salesman we worked with, Phil Brackmann, was really great. He helped to move the process of getting a new lease vehicle along and was very unders The salesman we worked with, Phil Brackmann, was really great. He helped to move the process of getting a new lease vehicle along and was very understanding of our conditions. The manager, Zubair Karim, on the other hand, did not listen when we said we did not have money to put down towards the lease. This made the process take longer as he had to go back and recalculate our deal since he had only calculated it with consideration of us putting money down on the car. He acted as if I was playing a bargaining game with him when I told him I did not have money to put down and questioned me several times about this. I found this very annoying as I just wanted to expedite the process and was not interested in playing games. More

After looking over the vehicles and a test drive I had some concerns about so I visited the dealership and met with Lewis to look at a few used cars. After looking over the vehicles and a test drive I had some concerns about some body issues on one of them that was enough for me to not purchase. Lewis took the time to take me to a local body shop to get a professional opinion on how much repair work would be. It took the guesswork out of the issue and provided me with hard facts to asses the vehicle. I believe we arrived at a fair deal based on what we both knew about the issues and I purchased the vehicle. They went a step above what I expected and that is appreciated. More
