We are, however, disappointed with the experience with Toyota manufacturing as a whole. We requested a particular vehicle in 2021, and our order was accepted, but never filled. Toyota stopped filling orders and Gregg did all he could to secure us a vehicle that matched our needs and desires. Now, two years later, we have purchased a Camry until we could get the van that we needed, and have finally gotten a van. Not the van that we requested, but one that closely met our needs. We do not feel that Toyota manufacturing did not honor their word to us. Again, Gregg Bain and the other staff that we dealt with went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. More
