This was the best car buying experience that we’ve had. Christi was friendly, accommodating and made the entire process easy and low pressure. Jack was great. Nice guy. Had the answer to my questions or found the answer for me. No high pressure sales tactics. Came in with a reasonable offer and they worked with me to make it happen. He was clear with the warranty info with no high pressure sales tactics. I would 100% come back to Matt Slap for my next Subaru purchase. The delivery specialist (sorry I forgot your name and can't find your card!) was also great! She explained the features of the car very well and set me up with a follow-up to check on the car. Overall, great experience! One suggestion, if you are young looking and looking at the WRX, demonstrate you are serious. I went in a couple months prior and they wouldn't let me test drive the car. I was a little annoyed but I get it. I came back because they had the car I wanted and were professional when they didn't let me test drive previously. More

Only complaint was the detailing crew jammed in the rear passenger floor mats backwards and reversed (left vs. right), the steering wheel center was dirty, the passenger side dashboard was dirty, and the cup holder had a coffee stain. I reinstalled the rear passenger mats and cleaned the dirty areas myself. I am impressed with the car and the Sales team, but not with the vehicle detailing crew. More

Everyone here is so nice and willing to go the extra mile for you. We live 10 minutes from a Subaru dealer but drive an hour to go here because of their customer service. I’d recommend it to anyone.
