I went back and forth via email with these two for some time before coming out to the dealership and I appreciate their patience and helpfulness at every turn. When we spoke to Alex about potentially moving up to Ascents a few months ago, we were nervous it was going to take a while to get two 7 passengers Premiums. Not only did we get them, but we got them in the colors we wanted and in record time. Jay Rhee was fantastic when I was in the dealership on Friday. And Josh Jones was tremendous on the phone on Saturday. The numbers were great, the process smooth and seamless.
