I have always been able to trust the service managers evaluations and recommendations for service. For over 30 years I have been buying and bringing in for service my Hondas at Honda of Lisle. Has been there for my car service for last several years, and everytime the service time is long. This week it took about 4 hours to finish. I was charged for oil change and tire rotation, however, when I ar and everytime the service time is long. This week it took about 4 hours to finish. I was charged for oil change and tire rotation, however, when I arrived home, I found there was no tire rotation performed (one of my tire is a newer one and still is at the same position). I asked and Honda/Lisle admitted: did not do the tire rotation but still charged me. However, I wouldn't get a refund and only can provide a credit for next time usage. More
