After an unsuccessful visit to a Cadillac dealer in another county, we decided to check the internet ourselves and called Vera to confirm the inventory we saw at their location. Just by chance, Gus rec another county, we decided to check the internet ourselves and called Vera to confirm the inventory we saw at their location. Just by chance, Gus received our call and began researching the vehicles we saw. After driving for over an hour, we arrived at Vera and were warmly greeted by the receptionist who called for Gus. The dealership itself is easily located and accessed, and has adequate guest parking. The exterior and interior are well maintained and comfortable. As previously mentioned, we were greeted by the receptionist immediately but then as we waited briefly for Gus, several employees (didn't ask their position) made sure that we were taken care of. Once Gus arrived we felt like family. Gus was with us from start to finish over two days and communicated with us even after hours. His service alone was beyond five star. He made our first experience driving an electric vehicle comfortable and answered all of our concerns or made sure that we received the information needed to help us make our decision. Gus was easy to work with and we felt absolutely no pressure to purchase. Well, as you see, we purchased the vehicle and could not be anymore happy with our overall experience with Vera. Meeting Gus was an unexpected blessing, icing on the cake. We will definitely be referring to Vera and sharing our awesome experience with Gus with our family and friends. Gus is the best! More
