He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely friendly. He made buying our new car easy, comfortable, and actually enjoyable. There was never any pressure — just great service and a feeling that he truly cared about making sure we were happy with our purchase. A very special thank you to Steven Sundar, Pre-Owned Sales Coach. Steven was incredible and made us feel welcomed and valued throughout the entire experience. His professionalism, personality, and attention to his customers really stand out. Frank Hidalgo in Finance was fantastic as well! He made the financial side of the purchase quick, organized, and stress-free. Everything was clearly explained, and he had us taken care of and on our way in no time. What impressed us most was how the entire team worked together.
