From start to finish, the & Justin I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new 2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV RS from Champion Chevrolet of Avon. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and surprisingly efficient for a weekend deal. Amber Back was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to making sure every detail of the purchase was correct. She caught a missed incentive and quickly worked to get it applied, which I greatly appreciated. I also want to call out Justin York, who provided tremendous behind-the-scenes support to help get everything finalized. His professionalism and attention to detail really helped move things along, especially when it came to working through the financing and making sure everything lined up correctly. Justin’s calm and efficient approach made a big difference and helped get me on the road in my new EV the same day.
