As a military family we have dealt with many different dealerships in different states. We arrived early and the employees were still in their morning meeting, which was fine with us as my wife and I are dealerships in different states. We arrived early and the employees were still in their morning meeting, which was fine with us as my wife and I are employed. We were in the used lot and a little lost (it worked out for the best), but as soon as the meeting concluded we were introduced to Hamzeh Said in a friendly and professional manner. Hamzeh shifted gears flawlessly without gripe (obviously we interrupted him since he was on his way to do something work related). The whole buying process was exceptional. The car was brought around, the test drive was great (and I was given options city or highway). The grueling part, price negotiations. We started out on opposite ends (as the process goes) but this is where Hamzeh shined brightest. He worked for both parties buyer and seller. He did all the leg work, until we agreed on a price good for us and the dealer. We never spoke to the sales manager (a first for me). We actually really enjoyed it. Closing with Cristian Soca was a breeze and Hamzeh made sure the vehicle was detailed, fueled and waiting for us under the cover up front ready to roll. Toyota of Tampa Bay is a professional dealership that understands the customer has a budget and doesn’t make the customer feel like “the little guy.” No games, just sales. We will be doing business here in the future. More

Truly an awful experience. I found a used Toyota Tacoma online and called Toyota of Tampa Bay to hold the vehicle, as I had already planned to purchase the vehicle. When I arri I found a used Toyota Tacoma online and called Toyota of Tampa Bay to hold the vehicle, as I had already planned to purchase the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership at 7:30pm, the salesman gave me a quote for $2k over what the vehicle was previously posted for online earlier that day (before calling and asking for a hold). Additionally, they tried to tack on $4k for Toyota PPP. After negotiating a sales price, we went to the financial department. This was horrifying. The finance advisor didn't complete the financial paperwork correctly. We paid an $8k downpayment, and the amount financed was $6k over what it should have been. We understand how the total sale price is calculated, but the amount financed that he had listed made no sense and we had no clue where he pulled the number from. We kept asking him if he could explain how he had calculated that amount as the amount financed, and he couldn't. His response was, "That's just what the number is." Eventually, my fiancé and I were so exhausted from arguing with this man, that we signed the paperwork as is because it was 11pm at night and there was no one else in the dealership to speak to. The next day, we emailed management to voice our concerns about the financial department and the error that was made. Two days later we went back to the dealership for clarification on the amount financed, at which point they produced new paperwork that had the correct amount financed, which is exactly the number we kept telling Jose should be the amount financed. They claimed they had no idea what we were talking about, and that this was the only paperwork they had on file. However, we provided a USB with the original paperwork on it. ADDITIONALLY, the new paperwork they gave us didn't have my signature on it. The new paperwork had my name with an e-signature, and the date/timestamp was 2 days after the initial sale. This dealership is very shady in its practice. Furthermore, I've had the vehicle for exactly one month, and the driver's door handle just broke on the inside. I have to roll my window down and open the door from the outside. I dread going to a Toyota service center to get it fixed because the sales experience was such a disaster. I was really looking forward to owning a Toyota Tacoma, but this experience has truly been devastating, especially for my fiancé. She had wanted to trade in her 2022 Rav4 for a new hybrid (which we mentioned to them upon arrival), but we have lost all trust in Toyota dealerships. My fiancé has given up on the idea of trading in her 2022 Rav4 and plans to just run it until it dies. More

I honestly didn't think I could get a new car, but Hamzeh told me to come in and we would work out the details while I was there. Well, he proved me wrong! Hamzeh was awesome. I'm really pleased with this Toyota Dealership. I'm an African American black woman and am overweight and I thought that the sales people would be biased against me but that was not the case. Every I'm an African American black woman and am overweight and I thought that the sales people would be biased against me but that was not the case. Everyone there treated me with much great respect even the sales agents Randall McGaugh and Hamaz. They both went above and beyond their work ethics to assist and please me accordingly even the Managers named Dino and Noah. And I drove off the lot with my nearly new 2023 car ! ! ! They ALL need raises....like immediately. And also the atmosphere was so pleasing, calm and pleasant. It was just Wonderful and amazing people working throughout this Toyota dealership located off of 19th and Fletcher Ave in Tampa FL. Everyone needs to stop by and pay them a visit and talk; explain your situation with them and provide them with your needs and they will take out the time to assist you.
