Hamzeh, the salesperson, left even though after 4 days of talking we made it perfectly clear we would be driving nearly 4hrs to make the purchase. Tom assisted us instead and he was good however everything H talking we made it perfectly clear we would be driving nearly 4hrs to make the purchase. Tom assisted us instead and he was good however everything Hamzeh told us was not on the docs. The purchase price was higher, the rate was higher, our payment was higher& the term was longer. There was a minor damage on the CarFax and 3 of 4 rims were noticeably damaged. None of this was disclosed in the pictures nor videos. We live 3.5hrs away with Friday evening traffic it was a nearly 5hr drive. I was very angry& disappointed. Initially I said I felt we were “conveniently deceived”. After everything that happened it became clear we were blatantly deceived. Antonio, the mgr, made a few adjustments however it was NOT the deal we were told& drove out of town for. I understand sales requires a certain amount of deception however when someone gives you their word and actually live up to it you should also do your part as much as possible. With what we were told for price and trade they basically cheated us out of more than $2K. They made NO adjustments to the price& increase the trade by $406. We came thinking $38-39k out the door and left with more than $40k. What happened to us was unnecessary and unacceptable. We were willing to (& did) purchase the vehicle because it was what I wanted (I also wanted a peaceful drive back home& to avoid martial conflict). I’m not satisfied with the deal nor how we were handled. Other than GAP assistance we weren’t offered any compensation. I am satisfied with the vehicle and that superseded my anger. It was just uncalled for. Why cheat us when we showed up ready, willing, and able to make a purchase and not waste anybody’s time….oh yeah we also never got our $25 gift card. More
