A portion of the splash shield broke off and the rest of the sheild was dragging on my 2017 Volt. They had me bring the car in in order to determine the part number(s) that were needed for replacement and the sheild was dragging on my 2017 Volt. They had me bring the car in in order to determine the part number(s) that were needed for replacement and to bring the car back to factory shape. It turned out that there are 3 parts involved and all 3 had some damage, but only one required replacement. When I explained that my intent is to keep this car as long as possible and that I wanted all 3 parts replaced, neither Robert of the parts Dept blinked an eye and proceded to meet my request. I really enjoy a service dept where the customer's criterai are understood and met. The service and parts depts at Colonial is one such place. More
