Upon arriving at Crown, Dorothea, a lovely lady with a smile that brightens a room walked over to us, introduced herself and took her to her office. Our 18 yr old son Noah had a budget and she found something for him. Sporty yet safe. Dorothea did not try to sell us anything out of Noah's budget. He purchased a 2012 Infinity. Jess in the insurance dept was also very nice and took care of the insurance with our USAA . Awaiting the final finance with Mark Hernandez, Kevin , my husband took a walk with our dog and met Harley the GM who although the Infinity was" as is"promised to repair the window trim, found Noah a nice floor matt. Noah also purchased the diamond coat and gap. Upon arriving home , we noticed a chip in the windshield, I called Crown talked to Jason who is sending their man out to fix the chip.
