I'll be back! I have been leasing Honda's for 10 years now. One for me and one for my wife. We have bounced around between 4 dealers on Long Island and I have to say although this one is furthest from my home I chose them for being upfront from the beginning. The internet sales Manager [Corey] even made a video introducing himself. He responded to to every email with numbers!.. not just words. Upon arriving I was assisted by Harold Wagner who has been with the same dealer for over a decade (that says something about management right there). Nothing was forced on me and the day wasn't filled with back and forth negotiating a price. I walked away that same day with the car in the color I wanted in less than 2 hours (and that's only because my wife had to come out on her lunch break to sigh the papers). Very Satisfied. Call me old fashion, but I'm into BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS and helping sustain the individuals I'm in relationship with. I have no problem with an individual trying to make a buck these days but its rarely experienced that a business respects its customer and doesn't conspire to get more $$ out of their pocket. More
