We picked up our 2023 RAV4 Hybrid Limited two weeks ago from Toyota of Naperville. This was our fifth Toyota Hybrid purchased from this exceptional dealership and the fourth vehicle purchased from Harvey N from Toyota of Naperville. This was our fifth Toyota Hybrid purchased from this exceptional dealership and the fourth vehicle purchased from Harvey Nyien. In this time of “limited” availability, we were fortunate that Harvey was able to get us a reservation for an allocated RAV4 that met our needs. My wife is enjoying her new RAV4 now which replaced her previous 2017 model with upgraded safety and convenience features and better fuel economy. Many controls were already familiar and the transition to our 2023 has been very satisfactory. If you want a new Toyota with great features and reliability, I recommend you stop in and talk with Harvey. He is very knowledgeable, straightforward and trustworthy to deal with. More

In my previous review of Toyota of Naperville, I failed to mention Mr. Jose Rivera. He is the sales manager of pre-certified cars. He was great to do business with as he was fair and moved the needle enoug to mention Mr. Jose Rivera. He is the sales manager of pre-certified cars. It was a pleasure to do business with Mr. Nyien. You expect a high pressure sales pitch when you enter a dealership. But that is not true with Mr. Nyien. He is low-key, respectful, and truly Nyien. You expect a high pressure sales pitch when you enter a dealership. But that is not true with Mr. Nyien. He is low-key, respectful, and truly wants to put you in a car that you want. Not a car he wants to sell you. Of course, he is in the business to sell cars but he will do everything in his power to meet your needs. He was very knowledgeable, proactive, and professional. He did not push, or try to hard sell us on anything, which we really appreciated. He is a rarity in the sales experience, and his approach and demeanor went a long way towards making us feel good about our purchase and continuing our relationship with Toyota of Naperville, although we live in the city. Made you feel comfortable, Harvey was very friendly( not pushy) and extremely helpful.
