Great customer Service! Heather was amazingly easy and helpful! My car had a lot of service items for the 105,000 mile tune up and Heather beat all the other mechanics price Heather was amazingly easy and helpful! I wouldn't step foot in one, due to bad experience I have, nor would recommend any of them. Working with Heather was exceptional. She was on top of her game! Very pleasant and knowledgeable. First,the most impressive thing was she let me go back in the lot to cover my car, since it would be there for awhile, very considerate. I'd really appreciate that, since the car has always been garage. She'd called to let me know the car was complete and ready to be picked up. When arrived she was already for me. Again, that was impressive. To bad dealership in Florida could follow suit! They really need to look at your dealership and employees like Heather. Keep up the great work, we'll definitely be back. More
