Saw the red toyota highlander that I wanted while driving home one day. Went back later in the week with my wife and I drove home with it. They gave us time alone to discuss things when requested and also detailed the vehicle and fueled it up at no charge while we were completing the sales paperwork. Connor Christman (our sales professional) was very knowledgeable and contacted other people for answers to our questions that he was unable to answer. The sales paperwork took a long time but was not an issue. I feel we got a very good price on the new highlander and got a very fair price on my trade-in. We live out of state and our new Delaware license plate did not arrive before our Pennsylvania temporary tag expired. I met with Heather Karkoska and she apologised then immediatly checked on the problem and tried to resolve it. She then helped me get a temporary tag in Delaware. Our new permanent tag arrived about two weeks later. We are very happy that we purchased our car from Del Toyota. The other dealers we went to in Pa, Delaware and Maryland just tried to sell us something on their lot because they did not have or could not get what I wanted. More

Had coffee good, they have an inside the building drop off area which is nice on rainy days like the last time I had service work done on my car. When finished the service they brought the car back into t off area which is nice on rainy days like the last time I had service work done on my car. When finished the service they brought the car back into the building so I wouldn't get wet since it was pouring outside. It took almost 2 hrs. for a tire rotation and oil change which I thought was taking too much time. Try providing some extra services like vacuuming out our vehicles and when the weather allows a quick trip through a car wash would really set your service dept. above others and not cost too much money. At least give the option of paying a few dollars more for a car wash when we first get checked in and don't take too much extra time for the car wash. My only complaint is my wife and I both have purchased a RAV 4 from Del Toyota, mine 2018 and hers 2019 and we both get an email from the other person's vehicle for service which is confusing. The email just says your RAV 4 needs service. The manager can't seem to get this problem straightened out since we mentioned this problem about 5 times with no avail. They also never change the mileage screen back to what it was when we first brought to car in. I like to see what mileage I get as it calculates when I am driving instead of an arrow pointing to the direction I am heading. I already h ave a direction signal . More
