Heather is great, she knows how to work with the customer. The bills are always correct when she presents them, not so with others. The quick oil change employees could use training in thoroughnes customer. The bills are always correct when she presents them, not so with others. The stickers are sloppy and incorrect 50% of the time and they forget to reset the oil change settings on the dashboard 90% of the time, they have even left the underside of the dash board meeting unassembled and had to be asked to complete the job. I do appreciate continued loaners for free, per my original purchase agreement. Just letting you know to continue overall improvement. Thank you More

First experience with Subaru Service staff changed our long established policy that you just don't take the car to a dealership...cuz they overcharge and create issues that don't exist. Everyone was so kind and absolutely "can-do" about everything. I've never, ever said "Gee, that was fun" about a repair experience...your people are nothing short of wonderful, welcoming, attentive...just great and...absolutely fun!
