We were not in any hurry to buy our new car and received no pressure throughout our buying process. Brad Mares adapted to our buying approach and met our every request from when we wanted to stop by last minute for a test drive to helping us find the perfect vehicle (with each feature we wanted and no extra unnecessary expense). He was willing to negotiate our price over the phone rather than having us wait around in the dealership (although the dealership is beautiful and smells like a 5-star resort!). Our experience was also complete with a great interaction with Heather in Financing, who provided all the information we needed without any pressure on warranties. Finally, Mason walked us through the vehicle from back to front and inside and outside to understand the comprehensive capabilities we are very much enjoying! Thanks to all in the buying process!
