It has been 44 days since I traded my Jeep into Ferman Chevrolet, 10/31/2025 to be exact. As of today my trade has still not been paid off. I am receiving letters and emails daily from Stellantis, the Je Chevrolet, 10/31/2025 to be exact. As of today my trade has still not been paid off. I am receiving letters and emails daily from Stellantis, the Jeep leasing company, asking about the cancelled insurance on the Jeep and requesting payment. My concern has been addressed with daily emails and phone calls to the management them including GM Brad Wise, Guest Experience Manager Corvette Tommie Farruggio andHector Colon. None of them have had the courage to respond even once. Someone named Jonathan at the dealership, not even sure of his title, has assured me for 2 weeks that this would be taken care of but as of today my Jeep has not been paid off. What a disappointing experience at Ferman Chevrolet. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

BUYERS BEAWARE! Day 39 after purchase and my trade has still not been paid off. After repeated attempts by phone and email to contact GM Brad Wise, Corvette Tommy Day 39 after purchase and my trade has still not been paid off. After repeated attempts by phone and email to contact GM Brad Wise, Corvette Tommy Farruggio, Hector Colon they all have refused to respond. Every stay Ferman does not payoff my trade results in additional interest. This is beyond frustrating that no one on the management team has the courage to respond to my daily attempts to reach them. BBB is next. Day 36 after purchase and my trade has still not been paid off. This is costing me money , time and aggravation. No one, Hector Colon, Brad Wise, has tge courage to return calls or emails to discuss the concern. More

Took my daughter to Ferman Chevrolet to purchase her first new car, and Mo was fantastic from start to finish. He helped us find the perfect vehicle for her at the best price, with zero pressure and ton first new car, and Mo was fantastic from start to finish. He helped us find the perfect vehicle for her at the best price, with zero pressure and tons of patience. We ended up leaving with a 2026 Chevy Traverse, and my daughter couldn’t be happier.
