New Vehicle Purchase I was new vehicle shopping and Carl Black Orlando responded quickly to my online inquiry, others did not. I decided to go in to test drive a 2020 Equi I was new vehicle shopping and Carl Black Orlando responded quickly to my online inquiry, others did not. I decided to go in to test drive a 2020 Equinox and see what kind of offer they were making. I was greeted by Ben Fordham a Senior Sales Consultant who was very personable, professional and put together an offer we both could live with and I bought the new unit that day. Ben's service before and after when he helped sync my phone to nav through the infotainment center with assistance from Raheim Brown made the buying experience a very positive one. Thank you Ben and Raheim. I will certainly recommend you and the dealership in the future. More

Great job! The dealership did a great job overall. The mgmt and salesman were able to answer most of my questions.
