Our experience with Angel and Sport Subaru was nothing less than stellar from start to finish The sales manager, Victor was very easy to deal with, gave a straight up number with no pressure and no non less than stellar from start to finish The sales manager, Victor was very easy to deal with, gave a straight up number with no pressure and no nonsense. We had to travel from Tallahassee to get to the dealership. We opted to do a one-way rental car so we could drive the car back that day. Angel went above and beyond to help us get to the rental return office, was very patient with all of our questions and was just generally pleasant to deal with. Because I was purchasing a used vehicle I opted to have an outside mechanic come in and give the car going over before making up my mind. Victor very graciously allowed him to use the lift in the garage and was helpful all the way through the process. The car got an A+ rating from the mechanic and Angel made sure that everything was wrapped up promptly. The next time I’m in the market for an automobile this is the first place I’ll check. Nick was absolutely the nicest, most knowledgeable and overall best sales professional that my husband and I have ever worked with - in any capacity! Not only that but when we decided to go with a pre owned (not a Subaru) with only 1,708 miles on it & a 2024 - he continued to go above and beyond to ensure we were informed and totally satisfied. It was simply by chance that they had our other favorite SUV taken in on a trade the same day we were there. There are no such things as coincidences and we truly believe that all this happened for a reason. BONUS - if we would have bought the same SUV new from a dealer of the manufacturer, we would have only received a 3 year 36K warranty on the engine and transmission. Sport Subaru offers this for as long as you own the vehicle, on each used car they sell. Unbelievable!!! We did love the Subaru though and they are currently offering dealer invoice pricing.
