We came in looking to replace our Mazda that was recently totaled in an accident, and have been interested in Subaru so hearing good feedback about the Sport dealerships thought we would start here. We met Zach Gaskill who was very knowledgeable about the brand and listened to our needs, he showed us around and after getting an idea of what we were leaning towards he mentioned a certified pre owned that was priced in the range we wanted to stay in. We liked it a lot and ended up buying it, a 2023 Subaru Ascent touring model it had a couple minor flaws which they did not hesitate to fix. We are very happy with our purchase and so glad we came here, I was not looking forward to car shopping and dealing with the game. Zach was great to work with no high pressure sales, it’s nice to see the salesmen waiting inside for you to come in and ask questions, and not tackling you the second you set foot on he lot. Zach took us around and introduced us to service department, and showed us where to bring our car in for future maintenance. Hector in finance was also nice to deal with, he went over everything like warranties and explained them in detail.
