Last week my wife and I visited our daughter who resides in Orlando. While there our 2018 Subaru Outback Touring model developed a problem as it would not continue to run when starting the vehicle. I contacted your dealership, spoke with Fidel Miranda and had the vehicle towed to your dealership. The vehicle was at your dealership for 2 days and during that period the problem ceased to exist. Mr. Miranda attempted to recreate the problem but with no success. Thusly, no repair could be done as the problem was non-existance. I am here to tell you that Mr, Miranda was very cordial and courteous each time we spoke with him via phone. Whatever the problem was (believed to possibly be bad gas) the problem has ceased to exist. We are home now and the vehicle is running perfectly. Mr. Miranda is a definite asset to your dealership as well as to the Subaru Corporation. It is the activity of Mr. Miranda that sets a positive tone for the automotive industry and especially your dealership. I purchased my vehicle in Jacksonville, had a positive experience with the purchase and service and now a positive experience with a different dealership.
