For a highline dealer the experience was underwhelming. The deal was not prepped very well prior to visiting the dealership even though we had all the details worked out including financing. The sales person stopped replying once we agreed on the deal. Had issues with a certified preowned and setting up the technology because things has not been reset. Did not feel like we were a valued customer. Seemed much more like a puppy mill. Just move on to the next deal. Bought another highline car and the other deal had follow up emails and calls. I complete walk though of the new vehicle. I guess I expected more based on the car line I was getting. More

First time experience at this dealership, Donnie and Hector were amazing and extremely patient. They were able to lower the vehicle price we were purchasing and did not have any hidden fee's ,that most Hector were amazing and extremely patient. They were able to lower the vehicle price we were purchasing and did not have any hidden fee's ,that most dealers try to sneak in. We even received a good offer for our trade ,so agian no dealers tricks. We were in and out, still had the whole day to ourselves, unlike most dealerships where they take forever to get you into finance.
