Alejandro was very rude and not present when I needed her to answer several questions that came up throughout the day. Also, after purchasing the vehicle I had to come in the following Saturday to have a h to answer several questions that came up throughout the day. Also, after purchasing the vehicle I had to come in the following Saturday to have a hubcap replaced again. She was very rude and irritable definitely not pleasant to work with so much so that I would never want to come back in to purchase another vehicle from her. However, I would purchase a vehicle from Norm Reeves any Norm Reeves dealership, just not Alejandra specifically. Very rude and b***** More

After calling (which was recommended), to give time I would be picking up my car, I had to wait more then 20 minutes. The time before when I had my car serviced I had to wait 45 minutes.
