This dealership is absolute trash. While The buying experience itself was fairly easy, I found out later that they didn't do any of the recalls on it before I picked it up. Blue link wouldn't work on the car, and when I contacted the sales person about it, he said he would look into it. A couple weeks later I ended up having to figure out how to do a dealer reset on the car myself. After that I ended up having to take it in for an air-conditioning issue that ended up being caused by something that could've easily been fixed by an inspection. Also, They are unwilling to give me a copy of the purchase contract for the car. I've never had something like this happen to me before. I've had to call them dozens of times, and people never call back. It's been a month and a half. There's no good reason why I shouldn't have a copy of the contract that I signed. Do yourself a favor. It's worth paying more money to buy a car from somewhere else. More

We were referred to the Cerritos store and from the first interaction to the last, it was very professional.
