Alejandro was very rude and not present when I needed her to answer several questions that came up throughout the day. Also, after purchasing the vehicle I had to come in the following Saturday to have a h to answer several questions that came up throughout the day. Also, after purchasing the vehicle I had to come in the following Saturday to have a hubcap replaced again. She was very rude and irritable definitely not pleasant to work with so much so that I would never want to come back in to purchase another vehicle from her.
