Henry and Andy got me a great deal for my lease buyout; it ended up being way less than I expected my monthly to be! I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Hartford Toyota. I initially went to my local dealership, Hoffman Toyota, to inquire about a vehicle. I was left unhappy with the stale customer service and decided to head to Hartford Toyota instead. I was happy with my initial phone call with Richard and decided it was worth popping in despite my previous experience at Hoffman. Once I got in, I was greeted by Richard and introduced to Henry who was both polite and sincere during my visit. I was able to test drive the vehicles I was interested in and discussed all other vehicles I hoped to inquire about. Richard was wonderful in terms of working with me on the financial aspect. I’m glad I was able to work with this dealership and look forward to working with them in the future. More
