I had two recalls and one service done at this dealer. I waited for each of these. They got to work on my cars right away and all were finished sooner than estimated with no problems of any kind. Waiting I waited for each of these. They got to work on my cars right away and all were finished sooner than estimated with no problems of any kind. Waiting area is comfortable and clean. Nice amenities (like lattes, coffee, etc). Bathroom are very clean and neat. Overall a very good experience (except for Fox News always on the TV). More

The staff at Gladstone Hyundai were very helpful! They were able to identify my wants in a car. I ended up with a 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz Night Edition which suited my needs. Other dealerships were They were able to identify my wants in a car. I ended up with a 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz Night Edition which suited my needs. Other dealerships were charging way over MSRP. They also had a great follow up after the purchase. They were great to deal with and that a week later we purchased a 2023 Hyundai Palisade Limited Edition. More
