She is prompt, attentive to my needs, patient with my decision making process, and very knowledgeable. When people ask me when I’ve had a good customer service experience, I bring up Holly at Hyundai. This last purchase, we were able to work out all the numbers, my trade, financing preferences, and the vehicle stock number before I showed up. When I did show up with my wife, we were in and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Tabatha has been my service advisor and is simply amazing. She provides true advisement, informing me of my choices, offering consultation appropriately, and understanding my objectives in keeping my car running smoothly. She is a customer advocate who brings knowledge about how to deal with insurance companies, warranty claims, and standard service. Once again, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. 5 stars is not enough! Holly was so incredibly helpful in helping me find my perfect SUV. She showed me a Toyota Highlander that was outside of my search parameters because she knew I would fall in love with helping me find my perfect SUV. She showed me a Toyota Highlander that was outside of my search parameters because she knew I would fall in love with it, and she was right! We showed up at the Hyundai dealership an hour before they were closing just to see what they had after several hours of so-so interactions with salespeople from other dealerships, she took the time to search their inventory to see what matched with what I wanted, and stayed late on a Friday night to guide us through the purchase. During our wait for the paperwork she set me up with a phone charger, offered snacks, and she even took the car to put gas in it for me! I drove home in a car I hadn't even considered and I love it! Thank you so much, Holly! More
