Kamal was an amazing salesman. I felt very comfortable with him. He answered my wife’s questions to her not me like most salesman do. The only thing that i was truly disappointing was that i found out with him. He answered my wife’s questions to her not me like most salesman do. The only thing that i was truly disappointing was that i found out after the sale that Kamal was going to have to split his commission with a salesman i never met, never interacted with. Apparently because my father ( not involved in the sale) asked This salesman for Kamal’s name cause he couldn’t remember it. He felt he was entitled to 50% of my sale. But other then that everything about my experience with Kamal and Pine Belt Chevrolet was excellent. Next year when i come in for my next car i well make sure to specifically ask for Kamal. More

2020 Chevy Equinox LT (in Metallic Chocolate...cool color!) There has been some confusion around the insurance and what the dealership needs from us. Hopefully that will get resolved quickly. Minor quibble. We gave our previous cars keys to the Hoss to give to his manager and they forgot to return them to us before we left. We will pick them up when we go get our plates. More

When my daughter couldn't find a car at Pinebelt Chevrolet, they walked us over to Pinebelt Subaru and assisted us there. We ended up buying a Subaru. Mr. Abdi was very attentive, caring and kind. He really helped us out. We completed our paper work with Mr. Mark Hoffman , who was also terrific. He was very friendly, kind and caring. Overall a terrific experience. Lease Car Return My husband and I have purchased multiple cars from Pine Belt. I leased a Chevy Malibu from them in 2017 on a 39 month lease agreement. I am in FL an My husband and I have purchased multiple cars from Pine Belt. I leased a Chevy Malibu from them in 2017 on a 39 month lease agreement. I am in FL and unable to return the car myself. Knowing this, I made arrangements with a friend to return the car for me. Pine Belt would not take the car in from him. When they refused to accept the car, they told me to call GM Financial. I called GM Financial and they told me yes, anyone can return the car. It seems this was just Pine Belts policy. we left multiple voicemail messages for our salesman Hoss- He never returned our call. Perhaps they thought they would have an opportunity to lease another car to me? Idk. They were insistent they would not accept the car return from anyone but me. I called Lester Glen Chevrolet. Their response? Sure, have your friend bring the car to us Mon- Fri between the hours of 9am-5pm and we will do the return for you. Needless to say, Lester Glenn has earned my future business. My mothers car is due to return in September. I can assure that we will be dealing with Lester Glen Chevrolet for her return and new lease. I am VERY disappointed in Pine Belt as we were customers for quite a few years. Judith Nunamacher More
