Manly auto group is by far the best dealership in the north Bay Area. I just bought my second car from them in two years. I worked with Ryan both times and he was very accommodating and responsive to m north Bay Area. I just bought my second car from them in two years. He worked with me on my trade-ins and got me a good deal I was comfortable with both times. The whole purchasing processes were very professional and relaxed without any pressure. With my most recent purchase the car had some unusual vibrations coming from the front right side. It was only noticeable sometimes at low speed and idle. Usually it was a very faint vibration but occasionally was more noticeable. Ryan agreed to have the service department look at the car for me and I was given a loner car. Shortly after I received a call from Hugo in the service department. They discovered an engine mount was going bad. They replaced it completely free of charge and had the job done in less than two days. It seemed like Hugo genuinely cared about fixing my car and it was a priority for him. Now the car runs like a dream, silky smooth and no unusual vibrations. I am confident that they made the right repairs and I’m very impressed with the way Manly took care of the problem without hesitation. Sometimes getting parts and making repairs can take awhile, I’ve had first hand experience with that from other repair shops but Manly got it done in less than two days which is pretty impressive. When you buy a used car the last thing in the world you want is for it to have a problem after you drive off the lot. Cars are complicated machines though and unfortunately that happens sometimes and it happened to me. I’m very happy to say that Manly quickly took care of the issue, 100% free of charge. They gave me a loner car and even detailed my car and filled up the gas tank for me. I can not believe the way Manly went so far above and beyond to make sure everything was right. They really care about their customers and take good care of them. I highly recommend doing business with the Manly group. They are the only dealship I will be doing business with in the future. More
