Repair/maintenance was fine. Issue was with my credit. An invoice was listed that I never received which as more than the actual repair. $170 for a few minutes work figuring out Issue was with my credit. An invoice was listed that I never received which as more than the actual repair. $170 for a few minutes work figuring out what it was. Didn't even take the car to the back. Never got the invoice for that. Then, the invoices were totaled incorrectly which my service person (forgot his name) discovered and corrected. Credit is gone so won't have to deal with that again. Changing service databases should have never thrown away the history. Only being able to go back 2 years is unprofessional and bad database management. More

We were very happy with the car we got and especially with the way we were treated at this dealership. The salesmen we dealt with (Jacob K and Jesse B) went above and beyond to get this car ready for us with the way we were treated at this dealership. The salesmen we dealt with (Jacob K and Jesse B) went above and beyond to get this car ready for us in a very short time. They made sure it was ready and all the paperwork was done so that we could come and test drive it, then complete the purchase the same day (we live 250 miles from Santa Rosa). The car was very nicely detailed and serviced (Thank you to Hugo M and Michael B!), and Jacob made sure it was washed and vacuumed again and filled with gas after our test drive! I can't say enough how professional, helpful and friendly everyone we dealt with at Manly was. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car. Special thanks to Jacob and Jesse for all their help. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
