Purchasing used vehicle The dealership is beautiful and everyone was very nice. The only downside of the experience is just how long it takes to complete the transaction. I The dealership is beautiful and everyone was very nice. The only downside of the experience is just how long it takes to complete the transaction. I went to look at/drive and purchase a specific vehicle and was preapproved for financing with BOA. Because I initiated the financing ahead of time, I was told that BOA would not negotiate on the interest rate so you all were going to shop around for me to get a better rate. At that point, I has been there almost 2 hours and said seriously, I would take the BOA rate if we could finish sooner. I was assured that it wouldn't take very long, "people were already working on it" but it was still another half hour before I was taken back to the financing process which also takes 30-45 to go over additional options/warranties, etc.. Initially the interest rate was only slightly less than BOA so clearly the extra time was spent trying to find another bank that the dealership preferred to use. And in the end, I was still given an even lower rate because I took some of the add on options. All in all, I would have preferred to get the best rate upfront with options available and save everyone some time, but I am told that it always takes this long, so.... However, Roy, the sales person was really nice and accommodating during the wait. More

Our salesperson, NayColle, was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the differences between the 3 and 5 series, without being technical. We told her exactly the color combination we wanted, price point, and she found it and let us know about it in one week. We appreciated the one price methodology for used car pricing, as it is not tiring. The delivery process was thorough and professional (loved the touch screen signing process!), training on the new car was excellent, we are very happy. Thank you Caz, NayColle, and Tim.
