Rene greeted me upon arrival and Dan was my advisor for this service visit. My vehicle was going to be in the shop for a couple of days to complete the service and repairs that were discovered during the i this service visit. Fabian assisted me in arranging a loaner vehicle, explained the paperwork process, assisted me understanding the vehicle operation for the loaner vehicle and was patient with me as I am physically challenged. Dan was / has been my service advisor numerous times and goes out of his way to answer and accommodate my needs / requests. The dealership is always in a high state of cleanliness. When my partner’s 2017 Crosstrek died, the team at Tucson Subaru worked hard to get him into his dream car: a 2026 Crosstrek Hybrid. The experience was so positive that I, a lifelong Toyota stan, came back five days later to buy my first ever Subaru. From sales to finance, everyone here was so incredibly helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and best of all, trustworthy. It didn’t matter who we were working with, every time we walked on the lot there was someone available to show us a car or take us on a test drive. At no point did I feel like they were pushing for a sale, and the team worked hard to get us financing that made it possible for us to drive off in our dream cars. If you’re looking for a new car, go see Humberto at Tucson Subaru. He is quite literally the GOAT. Mike was also excellent and incredibly helpful.
