He was knowledgeable and courteous. He is very good at his job. He found the perfect car for us and walked us through the process of trading in our existing Toyota, where we met Shane DeFoor. Shane was eager to help us and was great to negotiate with. After we came to an agreement, we met Justice Goodner, who assisted us with our financing. Justice was very thorough and professional. He then handed us back to Ian, who was busy getting our new Toyota ready for us. Ian spent time acquainting us with our new car and also got our car synced with the Toyota App. We are very pleased with our purchase, as well as with Toyota of Cleveland. Ian is wonderful sales associate! I came in Monday morning, right after opening, in freezing temps. He greeted me without being pushy and listened to what I wanted. I was looking for a SUV or medium sized pickup for my almost 16 year old son. I gave Ian my budget and what I was looking for. After just a few minutes, I was called away to another dealership my wife was at. While my wife was discussing numbers with this other dealership, Ian texted me a link to a Hyundai Santa Fe that he found on his lot. Long story short, we came back to TOC later that day and purchased the Santa Fe he had found for us. Ian understood the assignment and came through for us. He is very personable and friendly, and when I am ready to purchase a pickup for myself in the near future, I will contact him for assistance. More
