Dana Ford is great. The service department took the time to address my issues with my vehicle. Tell me when my parts were available and how long do repairs might take. T The service department took the time to address my issues with my vehicle. Tell me when my parts were available and how long do repairs might take. The service writer took the time to always call me and let me know the status of the vehicle, and the steps needed to assure that the issues will be addressed.. Dana Ford also gave me a loaner vehicle do use with my vehicle was at the shop for about two weeks. I think Dana Ford and the technicians did use the resources. They had to make sure that I get my vehicle with no further issues. Thank you Dana Ford. More
