I must say that Dana lincoln. Are well, respectful dealership. Every time. I have gone for service they really do have their act together. The service manager is well respectful and courteous also, the waiting room is like being at home. The only thing I must say about them is that I miss the danish and muffins they used to put out but also coffee or water. But other than that I have no complaints about this dealership at all I give it five stars. More

Dana had my car for 4 months, during that time I never received any updates from Dana regarding the status of the repair. After picking up the car, the problem still existed, I called John to request foll received any updates from Dana regarding the status of the repair.
