Bob Tomlin was my service guy this past Thursday. I have known him over 14 years. I went from one Kia Rio (14 years), to my second one that I bought last October because of a car accident. To be honest, if I didn't have the accident, I would still be driving the first Kia. I never had transmission or engine problems, just the normal wear and tear with over 150,000 miles. Bob has never lied to me about work needed and many times after a tire rotation and oil change, I was told that every thing was fine, nothing else needed. I drove a Saturn for years and every time I took it in for anything, there was always, always a huge expensive repair. It is a blessing to be able to call Bob Tomlin, tell him my concerns, if I have any, bring my car in to the dealership and know I will not be cheated just because I am a woman, but will always be treated with dignity and respect.
