Honestly, I struggled with this experience. I felt like it lacked clarity or transparency with the entire process. I was not clear on the rate I was going to be given, I wished I would have see I felt like it lacked clarity or transparency with the entire process. I have seen other dealers leverage software to help showcase the prices and show more transparency. Also I'm not a huge fan of the added on tech that Brent Brown "adds to every vehicle" I'm not a huge fan of some sort of tech that gives your dealership insight on my vehicle after the purchase. I was told I'd be sent the details of the transaction yet 2 days after I had yet to receive anything. I had to follow up just to make sure what I remember signing was actually the truth. The entire finance experience happened and I couldn't see any of the numbers or what the total price was going to be. That was just communicated to me and I had to use my phone to look up a calculator to make sure it was accurate to what my payment would be. The lack of transparency was really frustrating. More
