My experience with Germain Lexus of Easton was nothing less than exceptional! Approximately two years ago, I went to the dealership to look at an RX, however, I decided I wasn't quite ready to buy at tha less than exceptional! Jason Smith, my sales person, stayed in touch with me through email for the entire two year period. When I was finally ready to get my dream car, I was easily able to reach out to him for help with purchasing my RX. My experience with Jason and his sales manager, Dennis Cox, was simply amazing. I felt respected as a female buyer and both men treated me with kindness and in a fair manner throughout the entire buying process. JB in the finance department was also wonderful to work with as I have always leased cars in the past and this was my first experience with actually purchasing a vehicle. Breanna from the technology department was also very kind and patient as she answered all of my questions while going over the tech package for my new car. I had a few add ons that needed to be installed at the service center. James was very communicative and took great care of me! I so appreciate the professionalism that was exhibited by every staff member I came into contact with at the Germain Lexus of Easton dealership and would give them my highest recommendation! Germain Lexus is the best experience I have ever had by a very wide margin. I live in Washington and spent a great deal of time trying find exactly what I wanted in my car. I found it online at Germain (they actually had 2). The entire staff that I got to work with was simply outstanding. Terri in sales gave me all the information I requested and was engaging responsive and transparent. JB handle the financials and was a complete professional with zero pushy after market antics. Dan helped me with the shipping of the vehicle, which I had not done before. He kept me informed every step of the way, answering all of my questions (even on his day off). I received my new 2025 Lexus ES in perfect condition. Germain Lexus is the absolute best. Thank you to all of the team for you exceptional customer service and a truly wonderful buying experience.
