I was very satisfied with the hospitality. Very comfortable waiting room. Service department did a good job. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the hand prints - arm prints on my do Very comfortable waiting room. Service department did a good job. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the hand prints - arm prints on my door and front of my truck. I don't like saying anything about it but I work hard trying to keep it clean. My whole buying experience was wonderful until the part where I had to deal with Lisa R. At the Service Dept. needless to say I will not be getting my car serviced there in the future due to my experience where I had to deal with Lisa R. At the Service Dept. needless to say I will not be getting my car serviced there in the future due to my experience and treatment by this particular employee ..please retrain her for customer service, friendliness and in dealing with customers in the future ..!!
